Critical Testing and Analysis
NIC requires its own testing to validate extensive third-party documentation for all of its raw materials. This crucial step allows us to ensure that our raw materials comply with the required safety and efficacy standards. All raw materials must pass testing and have sufficient documentation before it’s even weighed and dispensed for production purposes.
While in the manufacturing process, our technicians continually check your order throughout the production process to make sure that any formulation, in your preferred dosage form, will pass strict testing methods. Once a blend is complete, parameters dependent on the delivery form are tested using the appropriate method. The blend must pass all requirements before it goes to packaging.
NIC also utilizes stringent testing standards for any packaging material that will come in contact with the product to further enhance product compliance and safety.
Packaging and Labelling
Our facilities also have a high speed, high capacity packaging and labelling system component so that your products can be turned around quickly. As with manufacturing, we use only cutting edge equipment to maintain product integrity and quality as the material is packaged. Our systems are equipped to deal with a wide variety of packaging and label options, so you can be assured that any product you request can be efficiently packaged and labelled almost immediately after the blend is ready if necessary.
